About Oakland Crossings

The proposed 17-acre comprehensive development, which is roughly 2% of Oakland's total acreage, will connect Oakland communities together, through vibrant green space activation, safer, smoother multimodal connections, and LEED-certified buildings that grow Oakland’s population to attract quality of life and job-sustaining businesses. The $500 million dollar project will employ 4,000 union workers who will prioritize minority contracting.
